【必須】個人情報の処理委託に関するご案内
組合は寄付処理のため、以下の事業者に個人情報の処理を委託します。

委託情報は、委託業務の終了または委託契約の終了まで保管されます。海外住所へ送る寄付カードは国際郵便として受取国の郵便当局が配達します。海外寄付のカード・アカウント情報は寄付者ご自身がPayPalの画面に直接入力され、PayPalの個人情報処理方針に従って処理されます。組合はPayPalに注文番号と金額のみを伝達します。

[Required]Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information
Brown Social Cooperative ("Brown") collects and uses the personal information below to process your overseas-adoption flight donation and to mail your donor card.
- Information collected: name, mobile phone number, mailing address (including country), and the name to print on the card (real name or nickname). Recorded automatically: date/time of consent and IP address.
- Purposes: making the donor card (your chosen name is printed at the bottom) and mailing it, confirming payment, answering delivery inquiries, and keeping a record of your consent.
- Retention: your mailing address, card name and phone number are deleted 90 days after the card is mailed. Your name, donation amount, date and payment reference, and the consent record are kept for 5 years as required by Korean tax law (Framework Act on National Taxes, Corporate Tax Act, Income Tax Act), then deleted.
- You may refuse consent. If you do, we cannot make or mail the donor card, so this donation cannot be submitted.

Brown uses the following service providers to process your donation.

Your data is processed in the Republic of Korea. The card is sent by international standard (untracked) mail and delivered by the postal operator of the destination country. You enter your card or account details directly on PayPal's page; they are handled under PayPal's privacy policy. Brown sends PayPal only the order number and amount.
