If you enter your resident registration number, your donation receipt request will be submitted automatically when payment is complete. You can leave it blank — your donation still goes through, and you can request the receipt later via the link we'll text you after the card is sent.

Stored in encrypted form; once payment is complete and you move to receipt request, information is immediately deleted from order details (unpaid orders are deleted after one day).
If You Decline	If left blank, only the donation receipt request won't be submitted — you can still donate.

Social Cooperative Brown collects and uses personal information as described below for the purpose of sponsoring overseas adoption airfare and sending sponsorship cards.

Items collected: Name, mobile phone number, delivery address (including country for overseas addresses), name to be printed on the card (legal name or nickname)
Items recorded automatically: Date and time of consent, access IP address
Purpose of use: producing the supporter card (name printed at the bottom of the card) and mailing it, confirming payment, sending donation receipt request guidance by text message (domestic donations), responding to delivery inquiries, and keeping consent records
Retention and use period: Delivery address, name to be printed on the card, and mobile phone number will be destroyed 90 days after the supporter card is sent. Your name, donation amount, donation date/time, payment number, and consent records will be kept for 5 years in accordance with the Framework Act on National Taxes, the Corporate Tax Act, and the Income Tax Act, and then destroyed.
You have the right to refuse consent. However, if you refuse, we will not be able to create and send the supporter card, so you will not be able to apply for this donation.

The Cooperative entrusts the processing of personal information to the following companies in order to process donations.

Entrusted information is retained until the entrusted task is complete or the entrustment contract ends. Supporter cards sent to overseas addresses are delivered by the postal authority of the destination country via international mail. For overseas donations, card and account details are entered directly by the supporter on PayPal's screen and are handled under PayPal's privacy policy. The cooperative shares only the order number and amount with PayPal.

[Optional]Consent to Store Information for Easy Entry on Repeat Donations

We keep the information below to reduce what you need to enter next time you donate.

Retained items: name, mobile phone number, delivery address (including country for overseas), how the name appears on the card (real name/nickname), nickname, domestic/overseas classification
Purpose of use: When you donate again, verifying your identity via a mobile phone verification code and loading your previously entered information
Retention period: 1 year from the date of your last donation. The information will be automatically destroyed after this period. You can delete it immediately at any time using the "Delete saved information" button.
Even if you do not consent, your donation and supporter card delivery will proceed as usual. You will simply need to enter your information again next time you donate.

Brown uses the following service providers to process your donation.

Your data is processed in the Republic of Korea. The card is sent by international standard (untracked) mail and delivered by the postal operator of the destination country. You enter your card or account details directly on PayPal's page; they are handled under PayPal's privacy policy. Brown sends PayPal only the order number and amount.
