Brown Social Cooperative collects and uses the following personal data to operate your sponsorship.
1. Data collected : name, nickname, monthly amount, email, phone (optional), sponsorship end date
2. Purpose : sponsorship management, sending news (photos/videos) about your dog, contact
3. Retention : kept for 3 years after the sponsorship ends, then destroyed
4. You may refuse consent; without it, the application cannot proceed.
Overseas residents are not eligible for domestic donation receipts, and resident registration numbers are not collected. Information collected includes name, nickname, sponsorship amount, email, contact number (optional), and end date, which will be retained for 3 years from the end date and then destroyed.
