[Personal Information Collection and Use Consent] 1. Items Collected: Full name, mobile phone number, date of birth (first 6 digits of resident registration number and 1 gender digit), address 2. Purpose of Collection: Verification of local residents group membership, sending group notification text messages, creation of local resident consent forms and signature lists 3. Retention Period: Until withdrawal (upon withdrawal, the above items will be deleted without delay) 4. Exception: Signature lists (full name, address, contact information, signature) in local resident consent forms already submitted will be retained even after withdrawal, as they are completed documents. 5. You may refuse consent; refusal will restrict your ability to join the group. 6. The resident registration number will be received as only the first 6 digits and 1 gender digit, converted to date of birth, and stored accordingly. The remaining digits will not be collected.
