Basic Temperament: Simba is a sweet pup who loves people so much! He adores people, gets along great with his friends, and loves his older friends too. He's so full of joy that in the blink of an eye, he's zooming from the wooden deck of the adoption center all the way to the far corner of the playground. With People: Simba loves people so much that even when his caretaker picks him up and bounces him around, he settles calmly in their arms—what a good boy! Being still so young, he can't stay put for long and will lick your face eagerly to be put down, but he doesn't struggle aggressively or jump out of your arms, showing a gentle side to him. With Other Dogs: He considers all dogs his friends, regardless of size. Sometimes he approaches older dogs with high energy, and he approaches very energetic dogs without hesitation, so his caretakers often find themselves calling out "Simba!" He's never shown aggression during playtime, but once other dogs start running, his energy goes right up and he loves to play along with them. He usually chases after the bigger dogs from behind. Ideal Home: Since Simba is still a young pup, we recommend a family that can spend plenty of time with him and guide him in a positive direction.
