Motchi (BR-2026-0728) is one of six siblings born at a dog farm in Icheon. The environment where Motchi's family lived was a poor and unsanitary space where puppies were raised for food consumption. The mother dog had to survive on scraps of leftover human food to protect her babies. In this desperate situation where danger could strike at any moment, Motchi's family was rescued through the efforts of the Brown Rescue Team. Motchi in particular was hidden in a pile of wooden planks until the very end and was rescued with great difficulty — you can see the rescue footage in the Brown Rescue Team's YouTube videos. Currently, Motchi is healthy and doing well at the Brown Adoption Center. All five of her siblings have found new families, but Motchi is still waiting for a warm home at the adoption center.
