At the dentist, we learned that her jawbone had deteriorated. She had a full extraction, and her four canine teeth aren't in good shape either—the vet said the lower right one should come out—but we decided to do everything we could for them: applying regenerative ointment, treating her gums, and keeping up with diligent care. We really want to save those four canines. Looking at the extracted teeth, I can only imagine how much Sarang must have suffered ㅜㅜ Now the terrible smell is gone, we apply ointment to her gums, and since her mouth no longer hurts, she's stopped licking the walls and sleeps soundly~ She more than fills her daily walk quota, but since Sarang turned out to be overweight, we've steeled ourselves and started a real diet.
